The rooms are modern and clean with a balcony offering a wonderful view, where the staff is willing to assist with anything, and the breakfast selection is amazing.

Fantastic accommodation, amazing location in the neighbourhood, great breakfast. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room. Sea view, best stuff. Location just next door to Ponta Delgada, great resturant and bar too and the nice public beach. Again, 10 minutes walk from Caloura.

The staff is attentive and the breakfast is marvellous.

The location is magnificent, close to restaurants and bars. the room is huge, brand-new, and complete with a spectacular view, a sofa, and a bathroom. - the staff are the best and excellent at managing on-site parking.

The facilities are ok. The pool is a little dirty and not really inviting. the studio apartment is not as good as it looks online. The staff are not really helpful and they don't know really what is going-on, on the island, and hotel

Website needs to be updated as there is no longer a cafe or tv room. There has been a lot of development of private villas in front of the hotel since the pictures on the website were taken

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the sea. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean from our balcony. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room, which even included a small kitchenette. The amenities provided, such as the room service and laundry service, were a great convenience. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which offered a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.
